My junk mail fold has a red circle with a line threw it on it, I assume that
means it is inactive. When I check the folder it is always empty. Where is
my junk mail? How do I get to it? Presently I have to go to Hotmail and
restore things that are not junk to my inbox. I would like to find my junk
mail in Outlook. Also is there a way to define a subject as not being junk.
All the requests from my website are from different people but have the same
subject line. They all get sent to the precarious junk box with nothing in
it.

The circle with the slash is the normal symbol of the Junk E-mail folder.
It's the international symbol for NO. What do you have your Junk mail filter
set to here: Action menu > Junk E-mail > Junk E-mail settings.

Also, where is your mail coming from since I don't think the default junk
filter works on IMAP or Hotmail accounts.

You also have to be running Outlook in Cached mode for the Junk Email folder.
