Receiving reported error (0x800CCC92) : Your Email server rejected your
login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties.

Outlook could not connect to the incoming POP3 mail server because the
server did not accept your username or password.

When i am trying to configure the Email account's in my remote place, i am
getting the above error message. Even i am able to use web mail without any
problem. But when i am using the Outlook i am getting this message. It's
asking the Username and password for the domain(Network) Can i know is there
any changes to be done in the Outlook. Please let me know for solve this
problem.

When your email bounces back and in body notes " 553 Sorry, that domain
isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts ". then the link below will help.

Instead of reading the entire article, basically Go to Tools, menu, then
Email Accounts, Change/View Email Accounts, Choose the Main Account you'd
like to use, in the Settings Choose the Outgoing Server, lastly Check Box to
authenticate SMTP authentication and Choose Use Same Settings As My Incoming
Mail Server.

If it requires Username and Password, then enter the same as your Incoming
POP.
