how are they attaching it? Are they sure they are attaching the actual file
and not the folder? Does it work if they don't try to access the file view
the desktop shortcut?

Post by JimOutlook 2003. User creates a shortcut to a network folder on their
desktop. Then tries to attach a file from that folder and this message
appears below.
"Only files or objects can be attachments. L:\xyz is a folder and cannot be attached.
I appreciate any ideas or suggestions
