Hi,

When we send vcards to a client or an external (outside of the domain) team
member, the card is empty. Within the office, the information appears.

Recepients are on Outlook 2003 as well.

It almost seems as if this content is stripped, but does that happen on the
outbound server or the client's mail filter?

Are you actually sending vCard .vcf files or are you sending full Outlook contact attachments? My guess is, the latter, and you're not taking care to send messages in rich-text format or the server is stripping the content. A good solution is to use the Forward as vCard command whenever you want to send contact information externally.
